Shipping & delivery
How private is my shipment?
Unmarked box, no logos or branding, plain return address. Customs forms use our parent company name for extra discretion.
How fast does it arrive?
Standard US shipping is 2–4 business days, free on all orders. Expedited (1–2 days) is available at checkout. International orders take 5–10 business days with duties prepaid.
Do you ship worldwide?
Canada, UK, Australia, and the EU. We cover all duties upfront so no surprise charges when it arrives.
Returns & warranty
What's your return policy?
30 days, full refund, free return label. We accept returns even if used — no questions asked. All returned units are recycled responsibly.
How long is the warranty?
Two years on all devices. Covers manufacturing defects, motor failure, battery degradation, and material separation. Repairs or replacements ship free.
What if it arrives broken?
Email [email protected] with a photo and order number. We replace it the same day in most cases with a prepaid return label.
